I had an amazing time in Gent, and this hostel was the best i've ever seen - fantastic fresh breakfast, and such a fun and funky atmosphere! Fantastic and environmentally friendly, great price for such lovely service.

For two nights, me and my roommates stayed in this hostel on a 3-day trip around Belgium. It's fairly close to the city center of Ghent, but, more importantly: a very nice hostel. The sanitary is good, and it has a common room with even a computer and internet connection. I really enjoyed my stay here and I can recommend this hostel to anyone.

Es waren tolle zwei Nächte auf dem Schiff mit sooo gemütlichen Betten und heissen Duschen, das wir uns nach einem Tag Gentseeing immer sehr auf unser Zimmer gefreut haben.
Schön dort gewesen zu sein !!

Liselot, thanks for sharing the fresh hard boiled eggs from your father's chickens at breakfast! Like you said, very fresh eggs are harder to peel than older ones from the store. I read this article today and was reminded of our great breakfast!
